Awards ceremony

The highlight of the competition is the impressive awarding ceremony at the red dot design museum in Singapore. The awarding ceremony conveys the significance of the winners’ achievement and places them at the forefront of attention. It is the pinnacle of awarding ceremonies with its grandeur ensued with a live DJ, a 23 metre long video show, in a fashion catwalk setting.
  

Every year, this gala of international design annually attracts hundreds of guests from the design, media and industry who come to make important contacts. It is a night of celebration and an important highlight in the design calendar. 

In 2007, Over 400 guests attended the awards show  and 220 designers from 23 countries, representing 80 winning works came to the red dot design museum in Singapore to attend the awarding ceremony. 

This year, the awarding ceremony will be held on 28 November 2008 and it promises to be yet another glamorous and exciting night.
