There are 3 methods of payment that may be used:
1. Credit card
When registering for the competition, payment through credit card is made upon confirmation.
Payment for additional entries can be made through the website from your submission account.
2. Bank transfer

Include your invoice number in the message.
After payment has been made, the following information must be emailed to
accounts@red-dot.sg
1. First Name of sender
2. Last Name of sender
3. MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number)
4. Amount sent
5. Currency used
Refund Policy
Refunds can only be made in the following circumstance, the participant registered for the red dot award: design concept in belief that he or she was registering for the red dot award: product design or red dot award: communication design.
Requests for refunds must be made 10 working days from the date of registration, or before the end of competition (13 July 2010), whichever date is earlier. Bank charges to effect the refund will be paid by the participant.
To request for a refund, email accounts@red-dot.sg, quoting your invoice number.
