BLOX-HOUSE is a prefabricated modular building with a flexible system that allows multiple assembly options.

The BLOX-HOUSE “Open Box & Block of House” system is a flexible house-building system. It takes only two days to build, but can be used for more than twenty years. The house can be transformed and reconstituted for any type of lifestyle. The structure could be built to adapt to any environmental need and act as the best kind of commercial or residential space for a particular locality. The cost of building is one-third of that for a traditional building.

The construction uses automobile technology. The filling materials are highly insulating and have the ability to keep the interior warm. The surface is painted with an anti-soil nanoparticle coating, which will prevent soiling as well as UV damage. Three sizes are available.

This is a green building that is low in price, simple, smart, and has the flexibility to be reassembled in various ways. It also offers a fresh style and a comfortable interior space. It can be used for many purposes beyond commercial or residential space; it could also serve as a school in a remote area, a research station, a medical treatment tent, a unit in a refugee camp, and so on.
