Rocking Buffalo Turns into a Chair

Rocking Buffalo is a toy that is also able to function as a chair with three different ways of sitting.
A toy that can be used even after a child grows up, Rocking Buffalo has been designed to enable three different ways of sitting. It can be a rocking chair, a high-back chair or a long chair simply by rolling the Rocking Buffalo to its different positions. This allows the user to use it as a toy, or a chair for resting and reading. With these added functions, Rocking Buffalo extends the life cycle of the product, and offers a variety of uses.
Endurance and skill are the qualities required in a traditional buffalo fight. As a toy, the Rocking Buffalo has been envisioned to represent the different stages of the buffalo fight. The “taming” of the buffalo begins from the rocking chair (when the buffalo displays its hind kicks), to the high chair (when it is tamed after the fight), and thereafter to the long chair (the relief after the fight). These ideas have been incorporated in the design of Rocking Buffalo to let the child play, and to rest and read after playing.
