The Jumplay skipping rope is able to display information to the user with its integrated LED blinking mechanism.

Jumplay transforms humdrum skipping into a means of exercise that is pleasurable and productive. With the rapid movements made by skipping, Jumplay’s LED (Light Emitting Diode) blinking mechanism creates a provisional visual image that the eye sees as constant through the persistence of vision. The illusory images could display information to the user such as the number of skipping cycles, length of exercise time, or the amount of calories burnt during the exercise period.
