Super Tipper Truck makes the loading and unloading process of traditional tipper trucks safer and more efficient.

Tipper trucks have served the construction industry for a hundred years. Over the century, little has been changed in the design of this important piece of construction equipment to improve it. Super Tipper Truck has been designed with new solutions, while maintaining its basic function of loading and unloading materials and debris in construction. Super Tipper Truck also seeks new methods and solutions to problems inherent with the traditional tipper truck.

Traditional tipper trucks are able to only unload materials backwards or sideways, and the driver requires an amount of time to adjust the truck to specific position. Super Tipper Truck solves this problem by using a tipper that is able to unload materials in all four directions. It makes the whole process fast and simple; and makes the management of trucks at construction sites – especially when a number of them are in use – more efficient. Its ability to unload at the front makes it easier for drivers to navigate and position the truck more accurately, and thus, it also makes the process safer.

As ground conditions on construction sites are often unstable and uneven, Super Tipper Truck is equipped with four independent suspension arms with wheels, which allows it to navigate and unload over tough terrains effortlessly. It can also be driven down a pit and unload materials without the assistance of other equipment. Super Tipper Truck is able to load and unload materials, such as sand, mud and concrete. The cockpit can be lifted up to allow the tipper to scoop materials by moving forward towards the materials.

The suspension arms are connected to the main tipper on rails, to allow parts to slide past each other. The wheels are attached to independent engines, which allow them to move in different directions. The hydraulic system attached to the each arm moves the arms to enable the main tipper to rotate and be positioned in different angles. The independent cockpit is made of tough materials to give the driver a well-protected working environment. The cockpit is designed to give with wide range of vision, which allows the driver better navigation.
