Black Hole is designed to keep the home organised by containing objects within its elastic body.
Black Hole responds to the need to keep the contemporary home organised in a coherent yet informal way. Its elastic body is able to contain objects that are not in use, and gives the objects a delightful flexible covering.
Black Hole can be compacted when it’s not being used. When compacted, it becomes a flat, thin disk. It is able to fit inside a bag or even be hung on the wall. Black Hole takes the form of the objects placed within it, and thus, avoids dis-used volume. Black Hole’s elastic body allows its form to change constantly. It invites the user to engage in a playful relationship with it, which promotes activity and fun. Examples of potential uses for Black Hole are a laundry bag in the bathroom, or as “stuff keeper” for toys and shoes, etc. |
