Brush & Rinse is a regular-looking toothbrush that redirects water from a faucet to the user’s mouth for easy rinsing.
Brushing and rinsing is an oral care routine that we all perform every day. Current methods of getting water into one’s mouth for rinsing after brushing are sloppy, as they create waste, and place unnecessary stress on our bodies. Brush & Rinse is a simple solution thateliminates the need for disposable rinsing cups, having to wash a glass or cup every time one rinses, or having to slurp water from one’s hands.
Brush & Rinse presents a simple, playful, low-cost and viable solution to a universal problem. The Brush & Rinse concept uses a conduit for the redirection of water from a faucet to a user’s mouth. The redirected water sprouts from the toothbrush like a fountain. It could be adapted to both manual and electric toothbrushes. It is perfect for travelling, especially in cramped bathrooms and tiny sinks. Brush & Rinse, thus, reduces clutter and could also provide an incentive for children to brush their teeth.
