Strong yet flexible, simple yet ingenious, the Spiral Cutting Board brings new convenience to food preparation.

The Spiral Cutting Board surpasses the typical single function of most cutting boards, thanks to a clever use of composite bamboo (which has good flexibility in two dimensions). A spiral incision in the board has an inward bevel and a columnar cutting at each end to prevent tearing. While the board is held with handles at either end, food can be washed in the spiral, which sinks and stretches into a bowl shape under the food’s weight. Water filters through the spiral. With the board laid flat once again, food can be cut on the spiral.
