Why does a design studio want to win the award?

Today, it is necessary to go beyond just what the client commissions. While you have invested much into research and experimentation, there must be a way to clearly communicate your capabilities to potential clients. Winning a red dot for the research work is a clear and indisputable endorsement of the strength and creativity of the design studio.

The red dot design award is an independent and established quality seal for design. Recognised worldwide, the red dot design award receives entries from many large design oriented companies. Winning the red dot provides an effective introduction of the design studio to these companies. With a red dot, the design studio is able to strengthen its portfolio of achievements.

As part of winner services, the winning design and the design studio will be featured in the award’s annual yearbook that is distributed worldwide by Avedition. The winning design will also be presented at the red dot design museum in Singapore for a year. In addition, the red dot team aggressively pursues media opportunities for winners, with a database of over 800 press contacts, of which, 75 are design centric media.
